26 Books in 2015
It's no secret I love to read!! For the past two years, I've set a goal of reading 2 books a week and I've done it -104 books in 2012 and 2013. So it should be obvious that I am always on the hunt for MORE BOOKS...which is what lead me to come up with this challenge. It is my hope that you will join in, and share it with your friends. The idea is that the prompts will work for anyone, no matter what genre you like to read! I chose 26 for the year estimating I'll check one prompt off the list about every two weeks. As people join the challenge and post their pics, it will hopefully spark lots of conversation and lead to many new book recommendations for all of us.
Personally - I will most likely do the list in order. Because it's easier for my scatterbrain to keep track that way and I tend to be OCD when it comes to lists. But you don't have to! Feel free to read your 26 books in any order you see fit. Maybe you'll hit up the bookstore this week and a book with a blue cover will catch your eye. Maybe you were already planning on finishing that book you put down before the holidays. Whatever prompt you chose to start with, post your selection to Instagram using the hashtag #26BOOKSwithBringingUpBurns (if you don't have IG - you can post your book choice on the Bringing Up Burns Facebook page, too!)
I am so excited to see what you are reading! This challenge is going to make me read less smut. HA! I can't be sharing lots of racy crap with all of you, now can I?! Can't wait.

This will be fun!
Thanks for such a great list!
Just blogged about it xx
Just discovered you today through Whipstitch. Am also undertaking that sewing challenge.
I came across this challenge on Pinterest and decided to try it (although some numbers will be hard, if not impossible, like 11) but anyway it will be great paired with my ABC challenge !
(if you ever come to my blog, I'm French so... it's in French, sorry about that!^^)
considering making this a 2015 challenge!
can't wait to see what everyone will read!
I started with #11 and am reading "Hard Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World" by Haruki Murakami. I'm about halfway through and highly recommend it!
I sure hopes this flies, already 3 books completed and reviewed in 2015.
Thanks for putting this together!

I came across your reading challenge at Pintrest. Sounds great and would love to join in. I know it's now August, but I think I can still do this before the year is out. I usually read 4 or 5 books every 2 weeks. I will be posting reviews of the books I read at my blog.
