Today was Megan's first day back to school. She was so excited. She has really missed it this Summer. She was at the side of my bed at 6:20AM whispering "Mom, it's time to wake up! I have school today!" We got her hair cut again on Saturday in preparation, and she picked out a new dress to wear along with her "sparkle shoes." She also couldn't decide on which bow to wear in her hair - hence the spare blue one clipped to her belt!
We were happy to learn that she has one of the same teachers as last year and many old friends in her class. When did my baby get SO BIG?
Molly was a little sad to leave her sister, and not get to go to school herself. But we start Mommy and Me together next Friday (You know, just real quick, from 9-noon, before I jet to the hospital for Wyatt's scheduled c-section at 1:30PM!) I'm sure it will be a fun time for all.
