Of the Cookie Cooking Bonanza that ensued here over the past week. HUGE props go to my husband who has cleaned up my crazy mess (sans a dishwasher and without a single gripe) many a time.
Love my man!

These are the cookies I made for my cookie exchange. Chocolate Cream Cheese Pastry Cookies. (CLICK HERE for the recipe on Haute Plates) They are like mini chocolate croissants. YUM!
I made a couple dozen extra to add to the cookie packages I make for the kids' teachers along with Chocolate Peppermint Cookies, Gingersnaps, Peanut Butter Cookies, Dream Bars and Russian Tea Cakes. Christmas Cookies...one of the reasons it's the most wonderful time of the year!
