Miss Molly is FIVE!
(actually she has been for almost 2 weeks now!)
She and I had a blast celebrating in Chicago with Aunt Katherine and Uncle Paul, hitting up American Girl, The Field Museum and The Children's Museum.
(the view of the lake and Navy Pier from Kate & Paul's apartment window. They are moving next month to a loft in the West Loop. I will miss this view. Many fun memories had visiting my sis in this little apartment!)
We then enjoyed a whole week off of school with Daddy home to play when we got home. On the morning of her birthday, I made special pancakes with whipped cream and candles.
Then we spent the day at the beach.
(We California lightweights had to thaw out after our Windy City vacay!)
Today is Molly's "birthday" share day at school and I am helping in her class. We are going to make monkey bread with all the kids and have bananas and Curious George gummies for snack. More pics of our Chicago trip later today!
