Homemade Meatballs

When I make this recipe, I use 1/2 that night and freeze the rest for another meal. I usually make Swedish Meatballs with Egg noodles and then Spaghetti and Meatballs. These taste great in both! They also go great right from the freezer to the oven when you are ready to use the second batch. I usually let the kids help roll the mixture into meatballs. They always think it's great fun.

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 TBSP finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Knead all ingredients together in a large bowl with your hands until well incorporated.
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Form into meatballs, about 1 1/2 in diameter, and place on cookie sheet.
Makes about 48 meatballs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Flip them after about 10 minutes, so that they brown evenly.

Add to your favorite recipe and ENJOY!
